Four Russian vessels were shadowed round the clock by HMS Iron Duke and HMS Tyne, past Dover and through the Channel. They followed a Kilo-class sub, corvette and support vessels in a 6-day operation working with NATO allies.

NATO ships & subs gather in Norway ahead of NATO’s challenging submarine rescue Exercise Dynamic Monarch 24. 10 Allied nations will practice searching for a “distressed submarine” & rescuing the crew, using the latest techniques and equipment.

HMS Trent has made the Royal Navy’s first ever interception of a narco-sub during operations in the Caribbean Sea, working with the USCG. The patrol ship seized £160m of cocaine from the semi-submersed vessel south of the Dominican Republic on the 26th August.
