The USCG Cutter Hamilton offloaded over 76,000 pounds of illegal drugs, valued at $473 million, at Port Everglades, Florida, as part of Operation Pacific Viper. This offload included approximately 61,740 pounds of cocaine and approximately 14,400 pounds of marijuana. The men and women of the Coast Guard will continue deploying overwhelming force against the cartels, cutting off the flow of drugs into the United States and putting an end to the cartels’ reign of terror.

HMS Agamemnon on the test and commissioning berth in Devonshire Dock, Barrow, BAES Maritime, with the steam barge (Steamhammer) alongside. The submarine is scheduled to be formally commissioned in the yard within the next few weeks, although it will not be operational for at least 18 months after that.

LNS Sūduvis (Ex-HMS Quorn) towed out of Appledore Shipyard yesterday to complete conversion for Lithuanian Navy at a yard in Lithuania.Work on the ship was suspended following the collapse of Harland & Wolff. New owners Navantia UK did not take on the project. Some local businesses still owed money by H&W.
