Swedish Warships have intercepted and boarded two merchant vessels suspected of damaging subsea communications cable between Latvia and Sweden on Sunday.

Swedish authorities have detained the bulk carrier MV Vezhen. Finish & Estonian warships tracking LNG tanker MV Pskov.

Not many ex RN can say this now, but these are two of my old ships. Frigate, F109, HMS Leander, and WWII cruiser, C35, HMS Belfast.
