529 RAF personnel will deploy on CSG25 (approx 22 people per jet if 24 embarked). Contrast with 113 RAF personnel on CSG21 (with 8 jets). Lesson from Jet lost overboard in November 2021 was lack of carrier operating experience plus understrength overwork/fatigued air engineers. (USMC deployed with 25 people per jet on CSG21).
