Truman (CVN-75), the eighth Nimitz-class carrier, is slated to begin her multi-year Refueling and Complex Overhaul at Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Newport News Shipbuilding. The RCOH will allow the carrier to remain in service for at least another quarter century, but, as the process’s name suggests, it is far from routine maintenance.
