ROS Căpitan Constantin Dumitrescu (Ex-HMS Pembroke) arrived in Portsmouth today after leaving Rosyth this week following conversion / maintenance work by Babcock and FOST training with RN. Will sail for her new home in Black Sea soon. Romanian warships are permitted to transit the Bosphorus under Montreux Convention rules as not at war, unlike Russian & Ukrainian vessels.
