Royal Navy warships and helicopters watched every move of a Russian task group returning from Syria as it sailed through the English Channel and North Sea towards the Baltic. HMS Somerset, HMS Cattistock, RFA Tidesurge and a P-8 Poseidon were also involved in the operation.
