Norwegian Fuel Supplier Halts U.S. Navy Refueling, Urges Others to Follow Following yesterday’s White House events, Haltbakk Bunkers, one of Norway’s largest marine fuel companies, has reportedly announced it will stop refueling U.S. Navy vessels.
