The Royal Navy simulates live flooding over 3 decks to ensure its sailors are trained to conduct Damage Control in a realistic environment. There are 2 units, this one at Phoenix in HMS Excellent, Portsmouth and another at Triumph in @HMS Raleigh in Torpoint.
