The Guyana Defense Force’s new patrol vessel, GDFS Shahoud, was formally commissioned into the Guyanese Navy yesterday. The vessel, built by the American company Metal Shark, is designed to patrol the Guyanese Guyanese Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
