RFATideforce monitored two Russian shadow fleet tankers, MV Enigma and MV Universal, escorted by frigate RFS Admiral Grigorovich as they transited westwards through the English Channel recently. No boardings of illegal tankers have yet been conducted since Keir Starmer said he would authorise such operations on 25th March.
