Indonesian Navy Brawijaya-class frigate KRI Brawijaya-class (320) coming into Egypt on delivery voyage to Indonesia – August 7, 2025. KRI Brawijaya-320, a PPA-type frigate delivered to the Indonesian Navy by Fincantieri in July 2025. Origin and Purpose: The KRI Brawijaya-320 is the first of two Multipurpose Combat Ship/PPA vessels acquired by Indonesia from Italy, designed for patrol and maritime surveillance missions, and intended to enhance stability in the Indo-Pacific region.

HMS Evadne (FY 009), a converted armed yacht commissioned as an anti-submarine vessel by the Royal Navy, seen here in HM Dockyard Gibraltar in 1945. Evadne served in the Irish Sea and Bermuda until being reallocated to the Commander-in-Chief Mediterranean, arriving on 12 March 1944 in Gibraltar, where she was based until hostilities ended. On 19 February 1945, she badly damaged German U-boat U-300 with depth charges.
